To reach those who need it most, our gift card program is limited to newly diagnosed families and those experiencing urgent financial need only!
If you are a registered OPACC family that meets either of these criteria and you need to request a gift card or financial assistance, please fill out the form below to request your gift card (if form doesn't load, it can also be accessed here). OPACC will order the card on your behalf from Fundscrip and it will be mailed to you directly from them. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. Card will be ready to use upon receipt (no need to activate). One card per household.
How You Can Help
If you would like to donate to this fund, please select "Gift cards fund" from the list of available funds when making your donation below. Your donation of $50 provides one grocery or gas gift card to a newly diagnosed or financially needy childhood cancer family in Ontario. We will also gratefully accept donations of unused gift cards given to our Parent Liaisons or mailed to us. Thank you!
