Charitable Gaming

If you like playing bingo and over 200 Vegas style games, please support OPACC at one of our charitable gaming events taking place at the Rama Gaming House Toronto East location (991 Kennedy Road in Scarborough) through the Kennedy Road Charitable Gaming Association!

 

These events raise funds to support our 220+ Toronto families through our Parent Liaison program, hospital parking program, grocery gift card program, and hospital meal vouchers at SickKids.

 

Here is the current schedule for when OPACC volunteers will be at the gaming centre this year. Shares of proceeds from all gaming done during these dates/times will go to OPACC:

  • Sunday, April 28th from 2-4PM

  • Saturday, May 4th from 2-4PM

  • Monday, May 13th from 6-8PM

  • Thursday, May 30th from 6-8PM

We rely on volunteers to run this program which is an important source of funding for many of our core programs! If you are aged 19+ and would like to VOLUNTEER with us at these gaming events, please read through the information sheets below. If you are still interested, fill out the form below and we'll be in touch!

Volunteers Receive:

  • OGCA online training (mandatory)

  • In-house, in-person training at the Rama Gaming House location (optional)

  • OPACC volunteer shirt

  • Free water, coffee, and tea during your shift

  • Year-end gift card thank you gift (for those who have volunteered at least 3 times in the past calendar year)

  • Mileage reimbursement for one-way trips to volunteer (see cGaming Volunteer Mileage request form for terms)
