SickKids Remembrance and Family Support Afternoon

The Paediatric Advanced Care Team (formerly known as the Palliative and Bereavement Care Service), invites you along with other bereaved families at SickKids to connect with other families, share in your grief as a family, celebrate the memory of your child, and learn how to support your grieving children (if applicable).

Who: Families whose children were cared for at SickKids and died 2012 and 2013

When: Saturday, May 10th 1-4PM

Where: Ooch Downtown, 464 Bathurst Ave., Toronto (Bathurst and College)

What: Family Activities, Parent and Child Support Groups, Food, Crafts, Special Activities for teens
