Teddy Bear Fair 2016

Attention OPACC families! The Children’s Cancer Recovery Project would like to invite you and your family as our guest to attend this year’s Teddy Bear Fair. If you are interested, please register with OPACC to secure your complimentary tickets by August 1st. Please complete information below (by submitting this form, you give permission to OPACC to disclose this personal information to the Cancer Recovery Foundation of Canada (CRFC)). Your information will be passed on to CRFC and they will put your name on a list to get your wristbands for free admission upon arrival.
