Fear of cancer recurrence (FCR) is both highly prevalent and psychologically burdensome for adolescent and young adult (AYA) cancer survivors, with rates ranging from 21.4% to 93.3% across 17 studies, according to an analysis published in the Journal of Cancer Survivorship.
