In April 2013, media reports alerted the public to the fact that some cancer patients in some Ontario hospitals received diluted/under-dosed chemotherapy drugs. OPACC responded by making our concerns known in a letter mailed to Deborah Matthews, Minister of Health and Long-Term Care.
We have modified this letter and made it available to concerned members of the public to customize and send to the Minister and/or their local MPP (you can find your MPP's contact information through this link).
This letter provides a template for you to work from, but feel free to modify it as you see fit or just use it as-is: Diluted chemo letter
