VTE Risk Persists Lifelong for Childhood Cancer Survivors

Childhood cancer survivors have an increased risk for venous thromboembolism (VTE) that persists across their lifespan, according to results from the multi-institutional Childhood Cancer Survivor Study (CCSS) cohort of more than 24,000 5-year survivors and 5,000 siblings.
